These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are between SketchLeader Host ("we", "our", or "us") and you ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

⚖️General Terms

• Domain names are not guaranteed until officially registered.
• All domain disputes are your responsibility to resolve.
• Domains are released only after full payment.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or deletion of services.
• We are not liable for business losses related to our services.

🧑‍💻Account Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. Only one account per user is allowed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and email address on file.

🔁Website Migrations

We offer migration assistance for cPanel accounts only. For other control panels, migrations are not supported.

📂User Content

You are responsible for all content uploaded or posted using our services. We do not monitor or assume responsibility for user content but reserve the right to remove it if it violates our policies.

🛡️Account Security

You are responsible for securing your account and ensuring proper permissions are set. Unauthorized activity may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

❌Cancellation Policy

You or SketchLeader Host may cancel services. Shared hosting is deleted immediately

💳Billing & Payments

• Invoices are due in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
• Disputing charges without contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.

💸Money-Back Guarantee & Refunds

Refunds are available only as outlined in our Refund Policy. Refunds can take 5–7 business days to process.

⛔Prohibited Uses & Content

• Copyright infringement, child pornography, spam, malware, DDoS, and hacking are strictly prohibited.
• Hosting of HYIPs, warez, live sports streaming, fake websites, and more is forbidden.
• Bulk email sending is not permitted on shared hosting environments.

🖥️Resource Usage & Email Policy

All hosting accounts have resource limits. Excess usage requires an upgrade. Email accounts are for personal use, not marketing or spamming. Use third-party email providers for marketing emails.

⏱️Uptime & Backups

We offer 100% uptime guarantee with credit eligibility. Backups are stored for 2 days only. Paid backup options are available.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses including business, data, or profit loss due to service disruptions or errors.

✋Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SketchLeader Host, its affiliates, and employees from any legal issues arising from your use of our services.
