Refund Policy

🌐Domains

Non-Refundable Domains are not eligible for refunds.

• If you register a free domain with a hosting plan and later cancel it, the domain cost will be deducted from your refund.
• If we cannot deliver the domain within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.
• We do not yet filter premium domains automatically; if a domain is identified as premium after your order, you can choose a refund or credit.
• If your domain is suspended due to abuse or phishing, we are not responsible. Such domains remain non-refundable.

🖥️Hosting

⚠️ Refunds are not applicable for hosting services canceled by the user.

SketchLeader Host is committed to resolving issues within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday). If we fail to resolve your issue in that time, you are eligible for a refund.

Refund processing: within 7 to 90 days depending on your plan and billing cycle.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must be a first-time customer.
• No policy violations or abuse of services.
• No initiated chargebacks or disputes.
• The request must fall within the plan's refund guarantee period.
• Gateway fees are non-refundable.
• Prorated fees will be deducted for used service time.
• If a free domain was included, its cost will be deducted.

Violation of any condition above will void your refund eligibility.

⚙️Service Cancellation

If we cancel your service under our internal policy, you may be eligible for a refund.

If you violate our terms (abuse, fraud, etc.), no refund will be issued.
